2. Local Advertisement Procurement Fees:

  • Fees paid for local advertisement procurement by reporters are non-refundable.
  • If an advertisement fails to be published due to reasons beyond the control of the reporter (e.g., rejection based on content policy), the reporter will not be eligible for a refund. Advertisers will be informed of the rejection and offered an alternative solution.

3. Viewer/User Subscription Fees:

  • Viewer/user subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

4. General Conditions:

  • Refund requests for exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors or billing mistakes, will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team within 30 days of the transaction.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
